I was raised with this method, and I love green onions and bell peppers, which I hated as a child🫑😆

This way, even if kids don’t eat it, their brains remember the smell and the flavor incorporated. For the time being, that is enough. As they grow, they’ll tend to find the taste good😃

I really enjoy it😊

My mom’s approach was to cook foods kids like and dislike together.

If they don’t want to eat something, it is okay to remove it.
