【English #66】Running Toward a Vision: What the Tokyo Marathon Taught Me
10:45
122再生
In this episode, I reflect on the Tokyo Marathon — one of the biggest marathon events in Japan. From the story of a young runner I was rooting for, to my own experience running with charity runners the day before the race, the marathon gave me many moments to think about effort, ability, and what it means to keep moving forward. I also share a message I gave to the charity runners supporting MadreBonita, and a concept I recently learned at a workshop on System Leadership: creative tension — the energy that arises between our vision and our current reality. I hope this reflection gives you a moment to think about your own vision, too.
