明確な因果関係や詳しいメカニズムは研究途上ですが、観察研究ではコーヒーと認知症リスク低下との関係が言われつつあるようです。コーヒー好きには朗報ですが、そもそもコーヒー栽培は将来の気候変動で影響を受けやすいという報告もあり、気候変動は避けて通れないようです
