味見で食べちゃうのは確かにありそうですね😂
やっぱりなぁ…と納得ですw。
私自身はものすごぉぉく実感があって、寝不足だと無意識に味の濃いモノやジャンクなモノを選んだり、
食欲が止まらないって事があります!😅
際限なく食べちゃうんですよね。
脳にとっても身体にとっても睡眠不足は大敵ですが、
冬に弱いのでこれからのシーズンは逆に際限なく寝ちゃうんですが😅
