コロナ禍の研究では、間食をはじめ食べる量が増えた報告が多いものの、在宅で時間の余裕ができて家庭料理が増えたとする報告も。一方で通勤時間が長いほど家庭料理が減る傾向、時間に余裕がなく副菜が減るという結果もあるので、時間的余裕が間接的に影響する側面もある?

確かに帰りに買い物に寄れる楽しみも、そして時間も含めた制約の中で作る料理もまた楽しめる余地がありそうですね^ ^
